Welcome to the 2024 Autumn season of the North West Squash League. We have 2 grade of midweek competition (Monday and Tuesday Nights) and 1 grade of Thursday handicap competition.Please enjoy the upcoming season. If you are interested in participating, please click the contact Us page.

Epping squash teams, scheduled to play at home in the fixture need to reverse the Draw in Grades 2 & 3 and play at the away team venue, if Epping is play epping, you will be advised on court availability (mainly scheduled at Essendon). This is due to no matches will be played at Diamond Valley or RMIT until further notice.

Lynne just got an email from Grant Booker ex-councillor for Nillumbik which will be of interest to all our members primarily re car parking fees for Diamond Valley Sports Centre assuming we ever get back there! You can lodge your own protest re this if you wish but submissions close this Sunday 26/9 at 12pm. Yes we can play next week - thank goodness BUT: No spectators; 1 person per 4 square meters with a maximum of 10 Indoors(presume in each indoor space). So in order to meet these restrictions, players/participants will need to ensure their 1.5m distance from each other when not participating in their match and stick to the assigned area for their teams Finals without moving around too much. It is with heavy heart that we notify you that Robin Selwood has passed away on 25th March 2021.

It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I am informing you of Ian's passing on Sunday. We have been told that there will be a death notice and funeral information posted on the 3rd of March in the Herald-Sun. It is proposed that the funeral will take place this Friday 5th March at approximately 2pm (please check the Notice for clarification) at Tobin Brothers 9306 7211 in Glenroy.

It is with great sadness that the North West Squash League farewells Ray Meadows.

The North West Squash League is greatly saddened to hear of the passing of Bryan Bird.

As you would be aware, the Victorian State Government recently announced that from 22 June 2020 all indoor sport and recreation activities venues may reopen with up to 20 people per space, and up to 10 people per group or activity at any one time. Squash and Racquetball Victoria (S&RV) has prepared a 'Return to Play Squash and Racquetball in a Covid-19 safe Environment Plan' which is detailed here. reference: squash victoria
