This is part of the latest update from Diamond Valley.
"Therefore, while we had hoped to reopen the existing facilities to members and user groups this April, rectifying issues with an old building have taken longer than anticipated and the centre won’t be available for use until July 2021.
In the course of progressing works, we uncovered some significant building compliance issues – a product of the building’s age. We are taking every necessary measure to ensure these issues are comprehensively addressed. "
As you can see by this extract, it looks like we at Epping will be completing this Midweek season at RMIT and for Thursday night playing at Essendon. For those matches listed as 'HOME' matches, please consider RMIT as the Home base. 7.30pm start and we may have to play on a couple of courts to get through before 10pm. Obviously there will not be a Supper component Midweek. Essendon will be able to host Suppers for the Thursday evening comp.
So sorry about this news folks but at least we have a clear direction finally.
